He is heartworm positive and will need extra veterinary care. He is current on vaccines. Owner stated that he was kept as an outdoor pet. Owner advised he is not housebroken. Meds: heartworm positive, bordetella/parainfluenza, distemper/parvo, pyrantal deworm, flea spray.
